CalendarAuto ("we", "us") provides a booking-page scheduling service. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), event types and availability you configure, and bookings made through your booking page (invitee name, email, and selected time).

Google Calendar access

If you connect Google Calendar, we request read access to check free/busy time on your primary calendar and write access to keep bookings in sync. We only use this data to block already-busy time slots on your public booking page and to create calendar events for new bookings. We do not read event details beyond free/busy status, and we do not share this data with third parties. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard's Integrations page, which immediately deletes the stored access tokens.

How we use your data

Solely to operate the booking page you configure: generating available time slots, preventing double-bookings, and processing payments you set up via Stripe Connect (which settle directly to your own Stripe account).

Data retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
